Inside Flow 50 hrs Teacher Training with Young Ho Kim

23 - 29 October 2023 (Oslo)

For the first time in Norway, the creator and founder of Inside Flow, Young Ho Kim (@insideyogaofficial), is coming to Oslo to hold a teacher training. This is the opportunity of a lifetime - to receive training from the creator of this beautiful Vinyasa practice. 6 full days of training and a 7th day where we learn multiple flows together during the Inside Flow Concert (see event below).

The venue for the training is in the centre of Oslo in an area called Majorstuen. The address is:

Scenehuset, Bogstadveien 49, 0366 Oslo.

Easily reached by bus, tram and T-bane (underground), it is an area full of shops and cafes, one of the most famous shopping streets in Oslo. You can walk to anywhere in central Oslo from here.

The schedule will begin at 10am and end at 5pm every day. There will be a lunch break (approx 1.00pm - 2.30pm) and some short breaks in between sessions. During the training we will learn:

multiple flows that we can teach
song analysis in order to sequence
how to build up a sequence
tips for creating playlists
how to choose the right song

…..amongst other things!

The last day is open to the public and is included in the training, when Young Ho and his Pro Teacher, Ami Norton (@aminortonyoga), will teach multiple Inside Flow classes from 10am to 5pm.

Inside Flow Retreat

June 2023 (Italian Riviera) - dates to be confirmed

Come and flow with Vivian Choi Johansen for a week’s retreat in the Italian Riviera. You will live in a mediaeval Italian village up in the mountains of Liguria where time stands still. Not a single straight line exists in the stones of this village, only a deep, ancient, healing peace. The daily schedule is a morning and evening Inside Flow or Vinyasa on the Beat class which takes place on an open air terrace and a mid-morning meditation session with Viggo Johansen in the village chapel. The time in between is yours to spend as you wish - either taking a hike up in the mountains, visiting the nearby towns, having quiet time in the village or going to the beach (transport is included in the price). Inside Flow Concert

A full day of multiple Inside Flow classes, taught by the master of Inside Flow himself, Young Ho Kim (@insideyogaoffocial) and one of his pro teachers, Ami Norton (@aminortonyoga). For those of you who are unable to join us for the week long training, this is a treat for Inside Flow lovers who are short on time. You will flow and move with music all day long, guided and inspired by the best teacher. Be prepared to sweat, laugh, cry and be moved by breath, music and feeling. Come flow with us!
